  • Typically, the timeline from the introduction call to starting onsite with a client ranges from 6 to 12 months, with efforts to expedite the process. However, the duration is not guaranteed and depends on lead quality. Training and contract activities commence within 4-6 weeks of starting onsite to have the tools and knowledge before adjusting live.

  • Compensation is calculated based on our value-based care model. This looks at how many people are enrolled in the program, their engagement and adjustments per week. Compensation is determined once the client signs a contract and is finalized after the mobile unit discovery day where employees enroll in the program.
